SAC's IDC SwingOverTM milking parlour is supplied to 60dgr. rear-milking parlours and to Side-By-Side parlours.
The details in the IDC SwingOverTM assure fast use and operation. In particular the SAC Quick StartTM is an ergonomic breakthrough.
This enables the milker to lead the teat cup set to the udder and to start the milking in one move.
The optimal overview of the parlour and the milking is achieved by minimizing the number of components necessary to complete the milking operation. The minimum use of components also minimizes service and maintenance cost levels.
The heart of the system is the flexible IDC milking place unit which is mounted on the SwingOverTM arm.
The SwingOver arm is completely new and developed with many years of experience in milking.
The IDC milk panel consists of a unit containing the following functions:
- Pulsator
- Cascade pulsation
- Flow-controlled stimulation pulsation
- Automatic control of correct pulsation in the milker assembly
- Cluster remover
- Stop of pulsator with teat liner in open position at removal
- Blockage of milk vacuum
- Milk meter (conductivity) at gland level

- Handfree start function at knee switch

- Alarm diode for temperature display and conductivity alarms
- Large alarm diode for display of faulty milking
