Vacuum Unipump
As the vacuum pump works without oil (oil in the gear box only) there is no pullution of air or environment.
The hot exhaust air is completely pure and the heat can therefore be reused.
The vacuum pump is built into a soundproof cabinet. 
In principle the pump works like a roots pump.
The two rotors of the pump, running in opposite directions, are constructed with three lobes on each rotor. At the top of the pump casing air is taken into the space between the lobes and is transported along the walls of the pump casing. At the bottom of the pump casing the lobes interlock, by which the air is pressed out of the space and through the exhaust port. The rotors do not get in touch as they are synchronized by a closed toothed gearing. Therefore, in contrast to conventional vacuum pumps, no oil lubrication is required.
